Taylor Bergren-Chrisman

Taylor feels that twenty-one characters are too many for only one name. Despite being trapped within the confines of Scandinavian nomenclature, he is interested in the traditional music forms of North Africa, Cuba and Eastern Europe as a basis for informing his vocabulary on the double bass.

He currently enjoys playing the bass for Golem, Los Abajos, The Henry Jones Swing Trio, and Las Rubias Del Norte. T-mo has also performed with many notable musicians including Raph� Malik and Sabir Mateen.

Taylor is currently working through the Peterson Field Guide to Bird Songs and hopes to be the first to locate a Razor-Billed Auk in his area of Brooklyn. His nicknames include Mr. Mother Earth, Chico Bueno, Taylo, T-mo, T-madre, and T Burbon-Icecream to name a few.
